Website:The Circle C Seals website (https://ccrseals.swimtopia.com/) will always have the most up to date information and should always be recognized as the primary source for all things Seals related. Heat sheets as well as meet results can be found here.
e-Mail Communication:Your email will only be utilized for communication regarding the swim team, and messages will be sent out by the Team Leadership only.
Swimmer Folders:We will be using a file folder system to distribute ribbons, incentives, and other materials as needed. There is one plastic box clearly marked and sorted by the swimmer's last name. The box contains file folders clearly marked with a swimmer's full name. The box is located on a table under blue awning at the Circle C Swim Center pool and is available during swim practice hours following swim meets. You are encouraged to check your child's folder regularly.
Facebook Group: Registered swimmers and parents are invited to join the Circle C Seals Group, which is a closed group for current members only. Reminders and practice cancellations are reiterated in this group. A separate Facebook Group titled Circle C Seals Photos has been created to share photographs of practices and meets. Please request to join both groups so we can share our team spirit and parent pride.
Team Alerts/ Text Messages: Please sign up to receive text alerts announcing practice/meet cancellation due to bad weather. Share this information with your swimmers who have cell phones so they can stay informed as well.
