Meet Time: The meet will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. There will not be any deck entries or last minute changes to heat sheets, only if there has been a computer entry error that needs to be corrected. Time permitting we will have a parents and/or coaches relay. The meet will conclude around 1 pm.

6:50 am: Age Group Parents Check In
7:00 am: Swimmers and All Other Volunteers Arrive and Check In
7:25 am: Circle C Warm-up
7:30 am: Volunteer Meetings
7:50 am: First call to Ready Bench
7:58 am: National Anthem
8:00 am: Meet Begins
10:45 am: Break between Events 44 and 45 – Shift Change
1 pm: Meet Ends (approx.)

The Stingrays live at our six lane, 25 meter pool located at 3902 Capistrano Trail, Austin TX, 78739.
Warm ups: Start at 6:45 to 7:50. Our goal is to have the first heat on the blocks at 7:58, ready to start the meet by 8:00am.
Spectators: Enter the pool on the west side main gate. We have a gate at the north west side of the pool for swimmers only to enter the Ready Bench area. Please see the attached layout.
We have a 6-lane pool and will follow the meet format dictated by the Bylaws by this years new format.
We will be using 3 timers per lane (18 total) for 2 shifts of the meet.
Parking: is available along the street only. That will be Capistrano Trail and Silmilliron Trail. We will have a section blocked off for handicap parking and emergency vehicle access closest to the parent entry gate. Please note that parking less than 20 feet from an intersection or parking in front of a fire hydrant will get you a ticket. The Sheriff will enforce parking..
All visitors’ zoos: will be located in the back parking lot area west of pool. Please bring tarps or blankets for your kids areas. Hopefully, we will not have mosquitoes, but it might not be a bad idea for you to bring at least one container of bug spray just in case. While we have treated the grass, fire ants are always a possibility.
Zoo/Parent assistance will be needing to keep kids off of the two diving boards, deep end, and baby pool. Our pool does have 2 playgrounds around our pool, but we ask for parent supervision and understanding that play is at their own risk. Please bring your own folding chairs for use around the pool under our big shade tree.Concessions: We will have coffee and breakfast tacos and donuts for breakfast, hamburgers, cheeseburgers and hot dogs for lunch. We will also have a large variety of energy/salty/and sweet snack positioned to meet everyone needs. All concessions are Venmo/cash transactions only.
Heat sheets will be available for downloading Friday. Per the Bylaws, we will not have extra hard copies of the heat sheets at the meet, but we will provide for stroke & turn clipboard and one per timer lane.
