Hi All -
Apologize for the multiple emails, having some technical difficulties.
It's amazing how quickly these two weeks are going between swim meets! Again, thanks to all of the coaches, volunteers, swimmers, and parents for making our Timing Meet a success.
On to our next and first "real" meet, Circle C hosts HSC & Shady Hollow. Meet sign up for this SATURDAY’S HOME MEET is OPEN!
Go online and sign up your swimmers by WEDNESDAY 4 P.M. PLEASE NOTE - NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED. We ask that you please also mark your swimmers NOT ATTENDING online if you AREN’T going to the meet.
Regular meet rules apply: you may sign up for 3 individual events, please only sign swimmers up for strokes they do legally. Ask the coaches if you aren’t sure.

Once we know the number of final entries and complete the preliminary heat sheets, we will make the necessary adjustments to the timeline.
10 Lane Swim Meets: This Saturday's meet will be the first in Circle C & Capital City League history where we will be running 10 lanes vs.the normal 8 lane race. This is due to two EXTRA large meets that we are hosting on June 2nd and June 23rd, with an an estimated 100 extra swimmers, plus the extra spectators. Our regular sized meet this Saturday will also be a trial run to implement the necessary logistical and technical changes to this format. We will need cooperation from everyone involved in three home meets and appreciate your patience as we work through the details!
