Kristy Wainscott Attaway, Vice President – Regional Manager, heads up the Central Texas office and has been with the company for over 20 years. She is passionate about creating a culture where employees can experience work-life balance, growth in their careers, and be given the same incredible opportunities that she has been given.

Kristy is also a 7 year veteran Seals parent. Her oldest daughter, Avery, started swimming with the Seals in 2012 and thanks to Coach Elli and Coach Colleen, developed a deep love of swimming. She has now been swimming year-round for 4 years and her favorite place to be is in the pool. Her youngest daughter, Happy, is in her 6th year of swimming with the Seals and is planning on following in her big sister’s footsteps by joining a year-round program later this summer. Finally, in all her spare time, Kristy also is a Seals Head Volunteer for Merchandise Distribution and Award/Trophy Mgmt.
