TIMELINE:

Session 1 - 10&Under Swimmers

8:20am: Age Group Parents Check-in

8:30am: Swimmer and Other Volunteer Check-in (One parent must be present to CHECK IN 10&U swimmers with Age Group Parents, NO drive by drop offs!)

8:30am: Meet Directors and Computer Team Meetings

8:45am: Marshals and Volunteer Coordinator Meetings

9:00am: Swimmers and Volunteers enter pool deck (NO early entry, swimmers enter as a group)

9:20am-10:05am: Warm up

9:30am: General Volunteer Meetings

10:10am: National Anthem

10:15am: Meet Start

1:30pm: Approx Meet End

Session 2 - 11&Over Swimmers

1:35pm: Age Group Parent Check-in

1:50pm: Swimmer and Other Volunteer Check-in

1:50pm: Meet Directors and Computer Team Meetings

2:00pm: Marshals and Volunteer Coordinator Meetings

2:15pm: Swimmers and Volunteers enter pool deck (NO early entry, swimmers enter as a group)

2:30pm-3:00pm: Warm up

2:30pm: General Volunteer Meetings

3:10pm: National Anthem

3:15pm: Meet Start

6:05pm: Approx Meet End

Meet Directors/Computer Team Meetings: 8:30am and 1:50pm
Meet Directors (On Deck, inside Main Doors)
Computer Team (Computer Table Girls Pool)

Marshals/Volunteer Coordinator Meetings: 8:45am and 2pm
Marshals (On Deck, inside Main Doors)
VC's (On Deck, Volunteer Table)

General Deck Meetings: 9:30am & 2:30pm

Starters, Stroke & Turn Judges, Scribes and Runners: Hospitality Room - Upper Conference Room

Ready Bench Meeting: GIRLS Pool Ready Bench

Timers Meeting:At DECK end of EACH pool, near lane 8

Awards/Ribbons Meeting: Meet Operation, Awards Room

Hospitality: On Deck by Dive Well

Heat Ribbons/Floaters: Boys Pool End by Volunteer Table

VOLUNTEERS : I will be forwarding a separate email with additional details

PARENTS: The Swimmer Entrance will be where you can drop off and pick-up your swimmer (before / after their session). There will be EZ-Up tents set-up between the parking lot and the swim center for Team check-in. We want swimmers to enter the Swim Center as a Team. This will ensure the swimmer gets to the proper seating area and is not late for warm-ups.
