MSN Reporter Ima Seal broke the exclusive mostly fake news story today that CCR Seal Team Swim Coaches have a grave risk of low energy during practice due to the lack of nutritional fuel [editor’s note: it certainly isn’t the sealliest thing heard in today’s news]. Seals’ Hospitality Volunteer Anjie Frost is taking the lead for the team in addressing the dire issue - she shared,** “ We want the Coaches nourished and happy during practice and meets so they can tend to the our Seal pups giddily [editor’s note: it’s a word] and focused – instructing our youth to perfect the fastest 4 ways across the water - so we are taking action!” Ima Seal’s investigative reporting uncovered 2 ways the Seal Colony can help avoid this nutrition-based energy crisis……

1. "Coach Colleen Family Meals – For years the team has rallied to help out our Head Coach with a couple of family meals provided each week as she spends the entire afternoon and early evening on the Swimming Pool deck coaching our pups.
