Hi all,

This Sunday (2-5pm) is our Colin’s Hope Charity Car Detailing Fundraiser which will kick off our Water Safety Week. While residents get their cars vacuumed, etc by our Seal Teens/Tweens for a donation they can hang out inside the Community Center out of the heat/sun and learn about water safety and how to prevent children from drowning from our partners at Colin’s Hope (www.colinshope.org). Folks can also pick up a Double Dave’s pizza or pepperoni rolls for dinner at discounted prices! A LOT can be accomplished in a short time – save lives, clean car, dinner 😊.   

That all said, we still need some help to pull this off – in particular a few more Tween/Teen volunteers (sign up one Seals website/Swimtopia) and we need some additional vacuum cleaners, extension cords, etc - link here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080e45acaa28a64-colins.

Finally, next week during our practice sessions our own Seal and Colin’s Hope Ambassador Gertie Kate Adair will be speaking to the kids about water safety and distributing information cards as well!
