Happy Easter, Seals Parents!

It's official! The 2021 Seals will be moving forward with a summer swim season which will start on Monday, May 3rd and end on Friday, June 25th.

As the date is approaching quickly, Coach Colleen and our Seals will be hosting a 2021 Seals Information Meeting via Zoom tomorrow Monday, April 6th at 6:30p.

We will be covering the new practice-based format, team registration, CC Swim Center guidelines and procedures, and team tryouts for our new families and swimmer siblings. We will also be recording the meeting and will post for those who are not able to join.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Tuesday, April 7th at 8a - Registration opens for current Seals swimmers 13+ and their siblings
• Wednesday, April 8th at 8a - Registration opens 12 and under current Seals swimmers and their siblings *If you have a sibling of a swimmer trying out for this year’s team, please DO register them at the same time as your current swimmer(s).

• Friday April 9th at 11:59p - Registration closes
• Sunday, April 18th 10a -12:30p - TRYOUTS New Families (2020 Lottery) and Seals siblings
• Sunday, April 18th 12p - Registration New Families (will close Monday, April 20th at 11:59p)

A FEW KEY POINTS for the upcoming season:

• The registration Fee is $130 per swimmer (includes team shirt & cap).

• Our number of swimmers will be capped at 210 and registration will be on a first come first serve basis.
• We ask that families that elected to take a 1 yr sabbatical in 2020, remain on sabbatical for the upcoming 2021 season.
• We ask that our year round swimmers take a 1 yr sabbatical to open up space.
• 2020 Lottery families that were “wait-listed“ will not have the opportunity to try out for this year’s team.
