Meet Timeline:

5:45A: Set-up Crew begins

6:15A: Age Group Parents check in

6:25A: Age Group Parents ready to check in swimmers

6:30A: Swimmers and all other volunteers arrive and check in

6:45A – 7:15A: Circle C Seals warm up

7:00A: Head Volunteer meetings on the pool deck

7:20A: First call to Ready Bench

7:25A: National Anthem

7:30A: Meet begins

10:30A: Volunteer shift change

1:30P: Meet ends (one can dream …)

IMPORTANT NOTE #2: UPDATED Heats Sheets for SAAB + HOME v Shady Hollow have not been published yet. A separate notice will go out when they are final
