Hi Seals Families!

Hope you're getting excited for a fun Seals season! As the Volunteer Coordinators for Seals, our job is to create the volunteer schedule, and staff the meets appropriately. We are excited for another fun swim season, and hope you are too! 

Key Points:

• Each family needs to volunteer and earn 35 points (approx. 28 hours of work) this season (**whoop! that's less than last year!**)
• Read the Job Descriptions on the Seals site to familiarize yourself with the jobs & point values
• Sign up to volunteer via the Seals site using your SwimTopia log in
• We will open up two meets at a time for volunteer sign ups approximately one week in advance, and will send an email when it's available
• Head Parents will email you the day before each swim meet to give you additional details about the job you’ll be doing
• Sign in at the Volunteer Table and get your badge at each meet 
• Wear orange or your Seals t-shirt!
