Hi Seals families!

Our first meet of the year, our Seals-only Timing Meet is this Sunday, May 5th at 9am (warmups at 8:30). Please declare your swimmer's status for the meet, even if your swimmer will not be able to attend! It is critical for the planning of meets to have an explicit response for every swimmer, and the timing meet is a good chance for us all to practice getting our swimmers declared by the cutoff, Wednesday evening at 7p.

Please be sure to sign your swimmer up ONLY for strokes they are legal in. If you have questions about this, you can ask the coaches this week.
