PLEASE READ: Pool Deck Access Tomorrow - SEE ATTACHMENTS

Good Afternoon, Team Seals!

This is the last email you'll see from me before tomorrow's meet (I think).

Circle C Aquatics staff has agreed to allow us to TRY new Ingress/Egress access points to the pool deck for tomorrow's meet. We believe this will allow everything to flow far more smoothly, but it will be REVOKED if we blow it (e.g., if we -- YOU, as PARENTS/SPECTATORS -- use the wrong gates).

You will find three attachments with this email.

1) The OG Spectator Gate we know and love (that locks you out at practice). You are welcome to enter and exit here as you please.

2) The Newly Minted Spectator Gate that most of us (you) use weekly that's super crowded, where a poor lifeguard is stationed to attempt to enforce some form of limitation.

3) The YOU SHALL NOT PASS (Unless Swimmer or Age Group Parent) Gate

SPECTATORS: Ingress/Egress at your leisure through either the OG or the Newly Minted Spectator Gates.

SWIMMERS & AGE GROUP PARENTS: Head to the Ready Bench via the YOU SHALL NOT PASS (Unless Swimmer or Age Group Parent) Gate right out of the zoo. There will be tall blue cones with impenetrable plastic chains shepherding you to the ready bench, where I know you will all have your swimmers arriving in plenty of time for their heats.

Thanks. Thanks for doing this. Keep it real. Think slow. We should get through it just fine.

Low Rider, Donnie. Donnie? Low Rider.

Ok, let's ride!

I'm sure you all read this week's Meet Logistics in its entirety, but I must reinforce:

A WE-HAVE-TO-FOLLOW-THE-POOL-CAPACITY-LIMIT REMINDER

For emergency access reasons, there is a *HARD CAPACITY LIMIT* for our pool. This limit is strictly enforced by our Aquatics Directors. During the Timing Meet, we didn't really need to enforce this practice, but ... with two full teams, we can easily exceed this number if we're not careful. We encourage you to come and view your swimmers’ events in the grass stands or the side of the pool nearest the Zoo.

We respectfully ask that you: 1) stay west and clear of the Tech Team and Starters; 2) DO NOT BLOCK SWIMMER PATHWAYS TO THE READY BENCH (now with plastic chains!) or Swimmer exit pathways; 3) sit on the Emeritus Bench at your own risk (those guys need this location to hear the DJ, I assume); 4) return to the Plaza Park when your swimmer's event is concluded; and 5) do not set-up chairs anywhere in the pool area.

If you have a family member with a disability, please reach out to me directly, and I will be happy to facilitate accommodations in advance.
