Seals Clean Up Crew Notes - Saturday May 17th
Hello all,
Thank you for volunteering this week and for supporting your kids and the team. This week the Seal Team Clean-up efforts will be led by Bill Franz.
As the swim meet starts to near the end, he will meet you all near the volunteer table (This is the rallying point). Since this is an away meet, it makes sense to start migrating over when the Breast Stroke heats get started. Not many younger kids can swim this stroke and not many participate in the final IM relays. Historically you can start breaking these tents down early.
Please ensure you check in and sign in with them at the volunteer table. To earn your points, you must stay until all the clean-up is completed. Please be on time, keep track of the flow of the meet.
It’s best if everyone buddies up and work in teams of two (Bill will help you all coordinate this). Step #1 Break down all the tents. Step #2 carry all the tents to a loading area (Some spot near where the trucks can pull up). Bill will identify. Step 3 help load the trucks and take a final walk through to ensure we do not leave anything behind.
It’s going to be hot. I’m sure Bill would appreciate as much help as possible back at the Shed. Loading everything back into the Shed from the trucks (Back of our pool parking lot).
PLASE NOTE: If you have any last-minute schedule changes, please contact our Volunteer Coordinators, Bethany Pendleton and Alison Pendleton via email at [email protected]
Thank you all,
Bill Franz - (832) 286-2415 (cell) / [email protected]
