Seals Clean Up Crew - Saturday 5/31/25

Hello all,

Thank you for volunteering this week and for supporting your kids and the team. I am George Dugan, and I will be there on Saturday to help coordinate the clean-up efforts. I have two boys on the team, a 13-year-old Jackson and a 10-year-old Carter.

As the swim meet starts to near the end, I will meet you all near the volunteer table (This is our rallying point). Let’s all meet no later than the start of the final event, which is the IM Team Relays. TSD has a smaller swimming team so please be on time. (I will follow up with a second email once the heat sheets come out to confirm the event #). My best estimate is this will be somewhere between 11:45AM and 12PM.

Please ensure you check in and sign in with them at the volunteer table. To earn your points, you must stay until all the clean-up is completed.

Once the meet nears the end #1 Priority is always to clear the Pool area 1st, then collectively, we move back and finish packing up the Zoo. It’s best if we work in teams of two (I will help you all coordinate this). We clear the Pool deck 1st, carrying all items to the parking lot just outside the pool exit (Do not carry things all the way to the shed, we can do this after the Pool area is completely cleared). The pool really needs us to hustle and get this completed so they can open to the public. After the pool is completely cleared (Including the 13-18 tents) we can then move over and pack up the Zoo (Carrying items to the parking lot 1st). The final step is then carrying everything over and helping to pack up the shed.

If anyone has a pickup truck and is ok with us loading and then driving items across the parking lot, reach out to me directly.
