- 6:00 AM - Pool Opens; Set-up Crew Begins
- 6:15 AM - Age Group Parents Check In
- 6:30 AM - Swimmer Drop-Off
- 6:45 AM - Marshals, Starters, and Volunteer Coordinator Meetings
- 6:55 AM - All Other Volunteers Check In
- 7:00 AM - Swimmer Warm Ups Begin
- 7:10 AM - On-Deck Volunteer Meetings (Meeting Locations)
- 7:30 AM - Swimmer Warm Ups End
- 7:35 AM - Event 1 to the Ready Bench
- 7:40 AM - National Anthem (Performed by our very own Audrey Weaver!)

- Session 2 Timeline:
- 12:45 PM - Age Group Parents Check In
- 1:00 PM - Swimmer Drop-Off; All Volunteers Check In

- 1:25 PM - On-Deck Volunteer Meetings (Meeting Locations)
- 1:40 PM - Swimmer Warm Ups End; IM to Ready Bench
- 1:45 PM - Senior Recognition followed by National Anthem
- 2:00 PM - Session 2 Begins
- The event order will be: 1. IM (fly/back/breast/free) / 2. Butterfly / 3. Backstroke / 4. Freestyle Relay / 5. Freestyle (point where many parents deliriously wonder, “Round Rock is north, shouldn’t it be cooler?”) / 6. Breaststroke / 7. Medley Relay (back/breast/fly/free)
- Starting blocks (optional) will be used for all individual events.

WEATHER CONCERNS
The swimmers at this meet are our #1 priority so if there is inclement weather, we will be making changes to the deck area to safely accommodate all the swimmers inside. We wanted everyone to be aware of these changes beforehand so you all can be prepared as well. If there is lightning, thunder or heavy rain,we will ask all spectators to leave the pool deck so that the swimmers can move indoors.
Once all the swimmers are inside, we will close all the garage doors of the pool.
We are very fortunate to have a livestream of our meet so you can continue to watch safely from your vehicles while we proceed with the meet.
There will be no exceptions on this. We have 628 swimmers in Session 1 and 500 in Session 2 that we will need to get into the pool area and we need everyone involved to be as cooperative as possible to keep all our swimmers safe.

MEET MOBILE
Champs will be run on Meet Mobile, not our usual SwimTopia. Please proceed to the app store of your choosing and download the app. Allow it to use your location ("while using the app" if you care about your battery), and select the "Near Me" tab. You will see the 2026 CCSL Championships meet listed. Our entire event is loaded into that app and is live right now. You will be able to favorite swimmers, etc. just like SwimTopia. I am truthfully unclear if a membership is necessary (I don't recall from last year), but a one-month subscription is only $6.49.

- Your Swimmer

- WATER & other electrolyte beverages

- Blanket/Towels/Ground covering for your swimmer
- A chair for your swimmer
- Your own chairs
- Fans/Misters
- Your canopy tents - we will have a limited number of canopy tents, but if in doubt, please bring your own! PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT bring Canopy Tents without some way to SECURE THEM given the expected (potential) weather.
- Your own drinks & food - there will be a limited number of food trucks and vendors onsite, but when in doubt, bring your own snacks and drinks!

No cap, we're looking for the most SIGMA car decorations in the parking lot. Don't show up MID and get SPIRT MOGGED by the comptetition. This is your chance to LOOKSMAXX your minivan and let everyone know who's flexing MAIN CHARACTER energy. Let's make the parking lot so legendary that the other teams are COOKED before warmups even start!
